A room is available in a shared house in Sandyford (NE2), close to Jesmond and the city centre. I'm moving out and looking for someone to take over my place as soon as possible.

- Rent: £563.33 per month excl.
- Deposit: 400£

THE TENANCY
- This is a takeover of my place in the existing tenancy, with no fixed end date
- You'll need a UK-based guarantor and to pass the agent's checks, including Right to Rent
- My housemates will want to meet you first and agree to the change.

AVAILABLE: As soon as the paperwork is done.
