A comfortable, furnished double bedroom available in a mostly clean, tidy and well-maintained two-bedroom terraced house, situated in a convenient location with excellent transport links and local shops a 300m walk away.

The room is furnished with a double bed and built in storage space, providing plenty of storage and a comfortable space to relax. Access to living room, kitchen/breakfast bar, gardens and additional downstairs shared bathroom.

There are excellent public transport connections nearby, making travel into Newcastle and the wider area straightforward.

There is also one designated off-street parking space available, in front of the garage, with additional spaces around the area.

The household is quiet, friendly and respectful. I do not have pets currently, due to travelling for work, however, would be open to welcoming a furry friend.
Preference is for a someone reliable, considerate and clean who will treat the house as their home.

This would suit someone who values a peaceful and comfortable environment - with the occasional spontaneous adventure - or is just after a base of operations, like me.
