Double room in lovely three-storey town house

We're looking for a female housemate to share our lovely double bedroom on the middle floor of a three storey town house - with two boys and a girl.

St Peter's Basin may not be your most obvious choice of location but it is a lovely area - 5 minutes drive from the quayside and the centre of town, as well as about 5 mins to drive to shops in Byker and 7 mins to Sandyford / Jesmond. If you don't have a car, the house is a few minutes walk to local bus service (Q2 Quaylink) which runs every 10 minutes at peak times, and St Peter's Marina which is nice in the summer. It is also 10 minutes walk from The Tyne Bar and Free Trade pubs in Ouseburn.

The room itself includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with space for additional furniture such as a desk.

There is a family sized bathroom for your use which is shared with a male housemate on the same floor.

The house has a large kitchen with additional downstairs space and large lounge, with Sky TV and Sky Broadband. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hobs, electric oven, two fridge freezers and a new microwave.

As the house is quite large, we have plenty of additional storage space, including a small spare bedroom and loft space. As stated above we do have one smoker living in the house but as smoking is not permitted inside, the house itself is effectively non-smoking.

We are looking for a professional person to move in, and some one who is fun, likes to socialise and is relatively neat and tidy. As we are all professionals we do like peace and quiet during the week.

The room is available from 20th May but can be available sooner if you need it.
