Comfortable rooms close to amenities

I have a double room available to rent in my comfortable home.
Newcastle city centre, universities and RVI are within easy reach. There are several bus routes within 3 minutes walk from the front door.
There is plenty of shared space; a large kitchen, dining room as well as two living rooms. The house is double glazed and centrally heated, as well as having cosy wood burning stoves.

I am looking for mature students or professionals, who are sociable and easy going. My home is comfortable and I like it reasonably tidy, so I'm looking for people who enjoy and appreciate their home that way too.

From 1st April you would be joining a man and a woman and a cat here, ages ranging from 25 to 51 years!

My house has a garden at the rear and a garage for bicycles. On street parking.
