En suite room available in the city centre

Hi there

I have my room (en suite) available from the beginning of January and its very close to all the universities and colleges and the city center (all accessible with few minutes walk). The rent is 450 (which is negotiable) a month including all the bills and broadband. The kitchen and living which is very spacious and shared by 5 friendly students. I am looking to rent my room asap as i am moving to my relations. The room is neat and tidy and is very suitable for a hardworking student.
