Sunny Double Room - *Bills included*

I have a room for rent in a nice warm, airy property in Heaton as I have just moved to London. I know both current tenants who are nice, relaxed, and friendly guys. It's a 3 bed house and I am looking to rent out the final room.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside draws etc.. There is also shelving for extra storage! The room is £350 a month, including bills covering gas, electric, water, TV, internet, council tax, and everything else.

The house is just off Chillingham road and literally a stones throw away from Chillingham Road Metro Station and a good network of bus routes that will get you anywhere in the City. It’s a really great place to live!
