En-Suite Room Inc. Bills

I am looking for a student or professional replacement tenant at my current house share. You would be sharing with three friendly postgraduate students.

The house is in the Arthurs Hill area a short walk from the city centre with good transport links.

• Shared kitchen: electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machined, tumble dryer, dining table, microwave etc, storage space, plates and utensils etc included
• Living area with two sofas and freeview TV
• Recently renovated, modern main bathroom
• Back yard with bike storage
• Single spare bedroom for guests and extra storage space
• RENT INCLUDES BILLS**

The bedroom is a large, bright attic room with two skylight windows. It is the only bedroom on that floor so it is very quiet and private. Also a small bathroom next to the bedroom which would be for your use only.

I hope to find a replacement tenant to move in around the start of April and the contract runs until 31st August, at this point you have the option to stay for an additional year. The deposit is £250 which will be returned at the end of the contract provided no damage.

My housemates would prefer to share with a mature/ postgraduate student or professional (with a similar working pattern to the current housemates who are often busy through the week during the day).
