The flat contains well furnished spacious lounge cum kitchen facilities (balcony in front of the lounge), additional bathroom for the second bed room. So you will share only the lounge (with Kitchen).
The existing flat mate (owner) does not stay during week end (also travel once/twice in every month) and rarely cook in the flat. The flat mate is an open minded and friendly person.
The flat has very nice river view and balcony. Parking (one car) available within a controlled area inside the building.
