Student Room for Rent. Sandyford Newcastle

Looking for a house mate for next year, living in Sandyford about 5 min walk from Northumbria main campus. Although close to Newcastle uni also maybe a 10 min walk depending on campus. We have 2 girls and 2 lads so far, one lad dropped out due to placement. Inbox if interested. £72 a week not including bills, although we dont expect it to be much extra. The room is kinda small due to the double bed within the room (its better than paying student accommodation prices though!).
