The accommodation is available in the 'two bedrooms & two bathrooms' apartment in Grove Park, Gosforth. One of the bedrooms is available now. Your colleagues will envy you for living here! Grove Park is such an up-market and sought after area!

You will be sharing the apartment with one more single professional, each with their own bathroom and bedroom, while enjoying jointly the kitchen and living/dining area.

When contacting me please confirm the exact dates you need accommodation from/to and the duration of your intended let, as well as your occupation.

The weekly fee runs Sunday pm - Sunday am and is inclusive of all bills: council tax, internet service charge, maintenance management fee, water bills, electricity bills (not unlimited but up to £100 per month which is quite sufficient).. There is no gas in the complex, hence no gas bill either, all the appliances being electric to the safety of the whole estate.

I guarantee you that living here would be a luxury and a joy, a totally hassle free experience! The property is fully equipped. All you need to bring would be your own clothes, bedding, phone, laptop, car and your happy and honest heart!

The apartment is truly pleasant! No reason to disappoint! On the contrary, you will be totally enchanted by the quality of life here on offer!

The bedrooms have large windows allowing plenty of warm sunshine coming through. They are carpeted with ivory carpet, while the shared living space is laminated with quality flooring. The property is a modern luxury apartment.

Both bedrooms have joint use of the fully furnished living area and the quality fully fitted kitchen.

Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers, a large fitted wardrobe, and two night tables.

The fitted kitchen comprises integrated appliances: fridge, freezer, washer, microwave, stainless steel electric oven, ceramic hob. Crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils, pans, iron, iron board, hoover, clothes horse are also available.

The light living room has glass walls on two sides, making it extremely pleasant. It is furnished with two settees, glass coffee tables, an office desk and chair, a TV.

The apartment benefits from video entrance system, as access to the property is exclusively based on code access throughout. Therefore it is a truly safe location at any time in the day.

There is safe parking outside the building.

The building is in an immaculate condition benefiting from weekly maintenance service from a professional management company, inclusive of grounds, access halls, and lifts.

The property is located very close to the main amenities on Gosforth Main Street, as well as the main metro line, South Gosforth. South Gosforth Metro Interchange is within minutes’ walk from the building complex.

The location offers excellent transport links to Newcastle's vibrant quayside with its great choice of bars, restaurants and leisure facilities, the city centre being few minutes away. The Newcastle Central Station, The Eldon Square and The Metro Centre (the largest shopping centre in Europe) are within very short distances away. Freeman Hospital is nearby, hence a lot of medical professionals being work-based here.

There will be the deposit and the first 4 weeks' fee to pay prior to moving in.

I am looking for a single professional to occupy the available bedroom and to share the apartment with another single professional already residing there on a single occupancy basis, without any extra guests; a professional who is sociable, clean, tidy and considerate.

I would like a single professional who is busy with own productive professional life; who pays the fee on time and who is sensitive to the needs of others.
