It's a spacious 8 bedroom, 3 bathroom house about 10 mins by bus to the city centre. Put postcode NE4 9NE into google maps to see the exact location. The house has multiple fridges and freezers, a washing machine, a separate drying machine and fast 250mb wireless internet throughout the house.

There is front driveway and back garden. Its close to public transport and has many shops and takeaways nearby so no shortage of food options.

The rent includes all bills although electric heaters are banned from the property. Heating is automatically controlled, and is off during office hours 9am to 5pm, but enabled intermittently between 5pm-midnight, and early mornings around 7am.-9am
