Selling house, so short term lets only (max four months). Close to the city centre, uni and college. All bills are included.

15 November
One double room will be available for £350 per calendar month, which is around £81pw.

6 December
One single room will be available for £310 per calendar month, which is around £71pw.

Mid December
Another two double rooms will be available around 13 December for £350 per calendar month. The rent for a couple is £475.

All bedrooms are lockable and have a desk, lamps, wardrobe, cupboard/shelves and TV points. Duvet, pillows and bedding are provided.
Nice bathroom, kitchen/diner, good furniture, leather suite in lounge, large fridge-freezer, washer, TV, microwave etc. Bikes can be kept in locked back yard.
No smoking in house but OK in back yard.
All bills (electricity, gas, water, high speed broadband/wifi, TV licence for living room) are included in the price, which makes this room really good value - much better than paying a cheaper rent elsewhere and then getting whacked with massive bills! Much less hassle too. All rooms have individual tenancy. Beware of other houses that have 'joint and several liability' contracts because you will be legally responsible for paying for your housemates if they leave and can't/won't pay their bills!
This is a friendly place - but not a ‘wild party house. Tenants here are generally doing their Finals, Masters or PhD or on an internship.
Great, diverse part of the city. Just off Stanhope Street in Arthur’s Hill and really close to fab fruit & veg shop (Hutchinson’s), best Asian restaurants (Komal and Solomon's) and top takeaways. Asda and Lidl are just a four/five minute walk, and Iceland is even nearer.
Ten/20 minutes easy walk to town/uni/college or catch the bus, which stops almost outside the house and goes straight to Northumbria School of Business. Another bus stop is less than two minutes away and buses from there go regularly to Kingsgate centre, Merz Court and all round Newcastle uni. Parking available on-street.
Low (£300) deposit required, secured with the Deposit Protection Service for your protection.
The house and landlord have Unipol accreditation, which ensures that high standards and all legal requirements have been met.
