3 months minimum stay after that if you give a month notice you can leave and deposit paid back in full provided room is in same condition as when moved in.

Perfect location for city living: Very close to Quayside, City centre and the Ouseburn.

I have most things in the flat including washing machine, Tv in front room and plenty cupboard space.

Looking for someone who will keep the place clean and who would like a socialise a little even if it's the odd cup of tea and a chat now and again.

I work (from home and in the office) 8am-4pm and try to get out and about most evening to the gym or see friends. Like to go out and socialise at the weekend.
