Our admin fee covers our costs involved with checking in / out, sorting paperwork, cleaning the room when a tenant leaves and also our extensive referencing. We vet everyone to make sure they are the right fit for the house and the rest of the housemates.

After seeing a beautifully refurbished house online I contacted Hype Homes to enquire about it. The service was excellent from the outset. Scott was very approachable and professional and made the whole process as simple as possible. I felt confident going into the house that I would be living with a good mix of people as Scott had conducted a brief interview with me beforehand to ensure that we would all mix well as housemates.

Whilst in the house the service was excellent. Any issues (which there were very few of) were sorted ASAP and the fortnightly cleaner always did a great job!

Unfortunately I had to move to Liverpool for work, however should I move back to the North East in the future, I will definitely be getting in touch with Hype Homes before looking elsewhere. Highly recommended!
