The flat overlooks the bowling green in Byker which is a nice, quiet spot. I lived in the property myself for three years and never had an issue. Free parking and good public transport links. The neighbours are a range of singletons and couples from most age groups and all very friendly. Easy walking distance to Asda, Argos, Poundworld, Wilkos, Wetherspoons etc.

Small pets fine (eg hamster, fish etc). Dogs and cats considered. no smoking indoors thanks.
