This is an ad for a spare room going at Knoll Court. Knoll Court is a highly popular accommodation only 3-5 minutes walk from Northumbria University. It has modern private showers and toilet, and a kitchen area for only £100 a week. You will be sharing the flat with 4 other flatmates. I am currently transferring university, therefore need a replacement for my room. You will need to contact me instead of Knoll Court first, once I notify them that you will be taking my room, you will deal with them directly from then on. Otherwise they will just tell you they are full.
