Hi everyone, we’ve got a large double room with it's own bathroom available in our 3-bedroom penthouse flat in Newcastle city centre.

We are an easy-going guy and girl (24 - English🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, and 31 - Indian), both working full-time, looking for someone who is sociable, chilled and who ideally wants to be part of the social life of the flat rather than just having a place to crash.

We enjoy socialising at the weekends, occasional nights out, chilled nights in, beer gardens, gym and sporty activities and we’re looking forward to taking advantage of the upcoming freedoms once covid restrictions are lifted.

The flat is modern and spacious, really central and has fantastic views of the city. Its 1 minute walk from Grey Street and 5 minutes walk from Monument and Central station. Its been a great flat for us and we treat it well.

It’s got all amenities such as washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, wifi (high speed 250mps) etc.
