Double Bedroom in Quayside Apartment

Available from October is a double bedroom in my quayside apartment. All bills are included in the rent.

The room itself is a good size with a kingsize double bed, 2 bedside tables and good sized wardrobe.

You will also get sole use of the main bathroom which like the rest of the flat is modern and fitted to a high standard. It has both a bath and shower.

The kitchen area is really well fitted out with all cutlery, plates etc already here. The living area has 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed.

At the front there is a fantastic large balcony with river view and being south facing you can make the most of the sun when its out!

Unlike some of the other apartment blocks in the area, the flat is warm and comfortable.

The building has a security code to access and a lift to all floors (my flat is on top floor)
Parking outside is really easy but there is also an underground carpark should you need it (the building owners charge for this though). I just park outside.

I live with my partner and we're both easy going and sociable, we generally like to keep the flat clean but at the same time we're not clean freaks! Any questions give me a shout, and if you want to come and view the place that's no problem either.
