Double bedroom available from the beginning of September. The house is in a new build townhouse, located in Great Park, Newcastle. All rooms fully furnished, shared living space, kitchen and bathroom.

Located near Newcastle racecourse, with local amenities close by and regular bus routes into the city centre and local metro nearby.

The room available is a spacious double bedroom, fully furnished and with private TV. The property consists of a small hallway, living room, kitchen/dining room, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with bath and overhead shower, with 3 bedrooms.

I am a live in landlord, and work locally mon-sat. I like to keep the house tidy and a welcoming, cosy place to live. With the house relatively new, most furnishings are no more than a year old and all bills are included with the rent.
