Beautiful Flat Share (bills inc.)

Hey there,

We have a room available in our lovely flat super close to town, Universities and hospitals. It's a small room (with some additional storage space in the house). Available from mid Jan. Perfect for a PG student or visiting medic.

The house vibe is clean, tidy and sociable. We are both vegetarian but don’t mind (conscientious) carnivores. We like having people over for meals, watching films etc, occasionally have a drink. We are both lecturers and it’s not exactly a party house. Typically, its pretty quiet after 9pm and we're up early.

There is parking.
