Lovely Attic room in shared house in Fenham

We have a room to rent in our house on Sidney Grove available from the middle of November ! £485 a month including all bills (council tax, gas, electric, wifi, milk, loo roll)

This is an east facing room on its own floor with its own loo and shower next door. We are 3 young professional people living currently in the house including myself, we are 1 couple, 1 person and 2 cats. We have 1 bathroom bath/shower on 1st floor and 1 on 2nd floor with shower - second loo is useable when necessary.

We are a quiet house who do not have guests over frequently. We live on a quiet street with many Families as neighbours, and are looking for a clean and tidy person to join our lovely home.
