Hi there, I'm renting out a large furnished room in my house, good sized room with a nice view - looks out onto a huge field and beyond that you can see Murton village, and on a clear day, the coast! There's a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Located near Whitley Bay and Shiremoor. 5 minute drive to North Tyneside (Rake Lane) Hospital, Cobalt and the Silverlink. Local shops within a two minute walking distance and there's regular buses to Newcastle city centre.

Previous house sharing experience preferred. Female preferred.
References required.
Strict Vegan/Vegetarian household. If you're a meat eater, no meat and no fish to be cooked in the house.
Must like cats, as I have 2 🐈🐈
