Professional with Spare Room

Hi Folks, I'm Paul 38 years old, and have a spare room, im rarely in the house, I work away most of the summer, but when im home like to chill and its cool to have someone else around to chill watch a film with, go to the pub quiz with or share a takeaway with. Its a small double room, but there's enough space within the flat to spread out. If you looking for somewhere with good access to the parks, the pub, the metro then this is for you. Internet and council tax is included in the rent, we can split the gas & electric bills as they arise. Like the sound of this give me a shout.
