Double room by Tynemouth beach!

Double room available ASAP for move in … 32 year old professional male, work full time (no kids or pets) who have 1 x spacious, furnished spare double room at the coast! We have 2 x bathrooms, both with shower heads and one with a bath tub. We have a spacious living room and kitchen downstairs, as well as a courtyard that you will have full access to. We both work full time Monday - Friday on site so do not work from home. I am looking for someone who is nice to be around. I want someone who respects my home and is easy to get along with. A security bond of £200 will also be required with a minimum stay agreement of 3 months. Walking distance to Tynemouth metro station, North Shields metro station, 2 minute walk to bus stop, on street free car parking available outside of house. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars and walking distance to Aldi / Morrisons, as well as 3 beautiful beaches…Tynemouth, King Edward’s and Cullercoats. Short term stay
