The flat is located in Fish Quay, North Shields and is overlooking the sea.
You won’t find a better location if you’re looking for a flat in North Shields.

There's a shared kitchen and living room.
ASDA 5 minutes walk, metro station 7 minutes walk, ferry to South Shields right on your doorstep, and of course- the best pub Low Lights- is 10 minutes walk.

The room is very spacious, en-suite with a huge walk in shower. It’s also really quiet and peaceful. There are only 3 other flats in the building and everyone is so lovely.

I’m moving out and looking for a change in sharer, ideally right now.
My flatmate is the sweetest and the most kind person in the world so you have to be a decent human being to live here.

Bills are approx £200 so you’re looking at around £640-650 a month.

This flat is worth every penny and I if wasn’t moving abroad, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
