The £500 per month also covers all bills! (Energy, Internet, Tax, Water)

10 min walk from metro stations and a bus stop at the end of the street, on street parking if you're lucky.

Currently living at the flat is me and my housemate Paul, with my cat Chai. We're both friendly, sociable professionals working 40+ hours a week out of the house so we shouldn't get on your nerves too much!
