Flatshare, double room in North Shields

I have a double room for rent in a nice 2 bed ground floor flat in the area of North Shields nearest to Tynemouth. The room has a double bed and next to the room is a built in wardrobe. There is some additional storage in a cupboard under the stairs. I am looking for a clean, tidy and friendly flatmate. The flat has a large bathroom with shower and bath, kitchen is fairly modern with all appliances except dishwasher and tv has virgin+. The flat is located at one end of park terrace opposite the beautiful Northumberland Park, on a quiet street. The flat has access to a large backyard. North Shields and Tynemouth are both around 10 mins walk and have metro stations. Bus stops can be found 2mins away. There is usually a space out front for a car although it is not permit parking. I am a light smoker and have 2 cats so a tolerance if not a love of animals is essential! Bills except landline are included and i would expect a hand with the chores.
