I have a large and light double room with comfy sofa available to rent immediately until February/ March at the latest (as I maybe selling). The room is for all your living needs (no lounge available) though you are welcome to use the outdoor space. Also shared used of kitchen and bathroom.

I live here full time and my partner lives here Sunday to Wednesday. We have 2 friendly dogs (they do shed so not suitable for people with allergies). This room is only suitable for those who don’t mind noise as upstairs are loud in the mornings! My partner is a smoker but strictly smokes outside.

Room includes all bills.
