The room is for all your living needs (no lounge available) but has enough space for a TV if you have one and a sofa is provided. You are welcome to use the outdoor space which your room looks out over too.
You will have shared used of kitchen and bathroom. Location is perfect for all that North Shields has to offer. 30 seconds from 306 bus stop, Co-Op 3 minutes walk, Aldi 15 minutes walk, King Edwards Bay 25 minutes walk. Lovely parks near by. Free parking if you drive.
I live here full time and my partner lives here Sunday to Wednesday. We have 2 friendly dogs. This room is only suitable for those who aren’t overly sensitive to noise as upstairs flat have laminate flooring. Smokers welcome but must spoke in the garden etc.
