Single room available in a decent sized upstairs 2-bed flat in a good area of North Shields.
The bedroom is not fully furnished, but does have a wardrobe that the landlord provided.
The rest of the flat is furnished by furniture that I have bought myself.
There is a spacious living room and a connecting dining space.
The kitchen is well equipped by my own stuff which is free to use.
The bathroom is very clean and a good size.
There is a yard space outside.
The flat is between North Shields and Tynemouth metro stations and is walking distance from most local amenities, including pubs, bars, restaurants, cafés and parks.
Council tax = band A (£1,557.63 between us for the year)
Other bills would likely be around £100 each per month
