Single Room to Rent

I am moving to London, my partner wants someone to rent the single room. He must be a man. The person must have rights to work and rent in uk. We rented the flat from an agency, the person will be registered in the tenancy agreement which will cost £108 plus reference which may be around £200.

room available around the 4 September 2026. Room is for only single person, no couples
