Guest room in my 2-bed newly refurbished home on North King street, North Shields. Single bed but space for a double bed if wishing. Cosy space but a reasonable size. Clothing rail and draws provided if needing. Socket for TV if wishing. Can make the room your own 😊

Shared toilet with walk-in shower, and bath. Shared living room and kitchen. Washing machine.

Would be keen to split cost of a cleaner once a month. Bills and WiFi included. Near to metros.

I work Mon-Fri in healthcare in Newcastle. I enjoy down time after work, but love a pint, coffee dates and exercising. I enjoy a tidy space, and reasonably early nights (early riser).
