Situated in a residential street approximately 1.5 miles from the Tyne tunnel. The double room is in a ground floor flat. There are good transport links to Newcastle, Longbenton and the coast, and minutes from cobalt business park and rake lane. Mature professional person preferred. I am early 60s retired professional female. Short term, temporary or part week can be considered and the rent amount adjusted accordingly. Can discuss circumstances on application, however please note the let is not conducive to working from home.
