Are you looking for a short term or temporary let?
Situated in a residential street approximately 1 mile from the Tyne tunnel, the double room is in a ground floor flat. There are good transport links to Newcastle, Longbenton and the coast, and is minutes from cobalt business park and rake lane hospital. Mature professional person only need apply. I am early 60s retired professional female. Short term, temporary or part week preferred. Can discuss circumstances on application. This is somewhere to stay rather than somewhere to live. Please note the let is not suitable for working from home.
