Single Room in upper floor flat

A spacious upper floor Victorian Flat in a quiet street in North Shields. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Metro and Town Centre and a short drive to the Coast Road and Tyne Tunnel.

There is private entrance to the upper floor flat.
It's a cosy and welcoming flat with a spacious living area and kitchen and a large bathroom with double shower and standalone bath.

I have a visitor's permit for on street parking on Ayre's Terrace, where there is ample parking.

All bills are included, including internet.

I work Monday to Friday at Accenture (Cobalt Business Park) as a Project Analyst. Looking for another Professional to rent out my spare room. I'm easy to get along with and have done a lot of house sharing before. We can split food and share dinners or you can do your own thing.. either is fine by me.

A bit about me: I love heading to the beach, which is really close by. I like to watch films and series, drawing, shopping, bit of photography every now and then, eating out (particularly in tynemouth!), quiet evenings in playing games and lazy Sundays are the best. Try get out on an evening for bouldering/yoga/aerial hoop.
