Cheap single room (could be double)

Last flatmate moving out within next 2 weeks to a month, should be able to confirm availability asap

female only ok. No offense but I'm a young single female, I don't want to live with a man. There is no exceptions so don't bother messaging me. You also need to be able to speak reasonable English, I don't care what race you are or where you are from but if I'm living with someone I expect to be able to ave a conversation with them.

This probably makes me sound a bit psycho, I'm just sick of all the messages and not THAT desperate

I haven't been able to take a new pic since she moved in, but has bed, drawers, clothes rack & desk. I've measured and it would fit a double bed so considering putting one in.

Includes council tax (Band A), water (Not metered) and full fibre broadband. Gas & electric to be split. Generally £100-£120 in winter and £40-£60 in summer.

Bedroom is an ok size and could probably fit a double if you rearranged and took the desk away. House has back yard but haven't added photos as it's just ya standard back yard.

I work from home and I'm pretty chill. I smoke erm lettuce... so if you're bothered don't message me.

Would prefer a casual month to month arrangement initially due to my situation. Can always change to something more permanent in the future.

Would like someone reasonably social but also likes their own time. Don't really mind on age or profession just put no younger than 23 as don't want young party animals as I'm reasonably chill and quiet. I also had alot of issues with my last person not cleaning up after herself so I'm not crazy but I won't be a maid anymore
