Home from home in Roker

Are you someone who works in the Sunderland area but lives away, and is looking for a room to rent during the week.
I live in a 2 bedroom bungalow in the Roker area close to the beach, good shops and transport links, with the city centre also nearby.
The room is single, but warm and comfortable, and there is secure off street parking. I have Virgin WiFi, which is fast and reliable.
I am a single man in my 50's ( I have a partner but they don't live with me ), and have a factory job, working Monday to Friday. I think I'm a fairly easy going and sociable guy, but at the same time I like my privacy, and would respect the privacy of others.
