Location. Beautiful location overlooking Derwent Walk and Gibside national trust. You will see wildlife such as Red kites from your bedroom window.

You can cycle to town in 40 mins ( faster if your a pro). There is a local super market, doctors, post office, restaurants and micro pub.

The bus stop is 6 metre walk from the house taking you directly into town or metro centre.

Ideal location for anyone working for the BBC series Dumping Ground.

You would be sharing the house with a 34 year old professional full time worker.

Pet lovers only as you will be sharing the house with a jack Russel called Jake. Well trained and very loving! Just don’t give him a ball otherwise you will be playing forever!
