Double room, incl bills. Live in landlord

We are Michelle and John, a couple, who are looking to rent out our spare double room. We both work full time. We're friendly, clean and tidy and are looking for similar in a house mate. The room is a big double room with all bills included, and has a double bed, drawers, bedside table and tv. It also has a single bed in there and a small sofa which we can remove if needs be. John does smoke but goes outside so any smokers would be asked to do the same as there's no smoking at all inside the house. We also have 2 friendly dogs. Parking is on street. We currently don't have broadband.
