Double room to rent in Ryton Tyne and Wear

Hi my name is Angela I’m 53 years old, single and I am self-employed/employee cleaner. My house is located in a cul-de-sac in the quiet area of Ryton Tyne and Wear NE40. Only a 10 min drive from the Metro centre, 20 min drive from Newcastle, there are also buses every 10 mins. I have a driveway for your use as I do not have a car.
My grandchildren come to visit on a weekend/school holidays but only sleep overnight on odd occasions.
It is a 3 bedroom semi-detached house with a large garden out the back and concreted front which could take an extra car but no overnite parking. Double glazing throughout.
There is a local supermarket , doctors, dentist, post office, pub/restaurants , chemist, fruit shop, café, hairdressers, and micro pub only 5 mins walk away.
!0 min walk will take you down to the “Willows” next to the river Tyne, there is a lovely walk along the river, one direction towards the lovely village of Wylam, the other direction takes you to Newburn bridge and along to Blaydon.
The room for rent is a lovely quiet back room, clean and very good size furnished double room, it includes – 1 double wardrobe, set of 3 large drawers, bedside cabinet with lamp, king-size pine bed, linen is included if needed.
I am looking for a female housemate who has a good standard of tidiness and cleanliness. I don’t mind if you smoke as long as you go outside, there is no smoking in the house. I am a smoker and I go outside. No pets.
Lodger to buy and cook own food keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
You will be sharing:
Upstairs bathroom – bath/shower, sink, toilet, towels included if needed.
Downstairs toilet – toilet, washing machine.
Kitchen – Condensing drier, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, kettle etc.
Living room – Tv, Wifi, dining table, sofas, the patio doors lead out to the garden which is a sun trap in the summer from morning until 5.30pm.
Bills included in the rent – gas, electric, wifi/internet, water, tv licence, council tax.
