The bedroom comes fully furnished with a desk and chair, clothes rail, two bedside tables and will also have a double bed and chest of drawers arriving soon. Duvet, pillows and covers can also be provided on request.

The rest of the home offers a shared, kitchen, dining room and living room with French doors opening to a shared garden. The tenant is free to store items, bikes etc in the garage to the rear of the house. The three other bedrooms are not for use.

There are two friendly cats living in the property who are shy but enjoy a lap nap once they are comfortable.

The current occupant on the first floor is a Professional 39 year old male who is a quiet, non-smoker and works from home. He enjoys movies computer games and going to the gym. Is in a relationship with a lovely girl who sometimes stays over at the weekend.

The estate has access to a supermarket and petrol station at the top of the street with the The Hasting pub at the top of the estate offering delicious gastro foods and entertainment. Excellent bus links to town and rail soon to be in place also.
