The apartment is within walking distance of Chi and South Shields Metro stations, on the main bus route, with a KFC, Aldi and Iceland just across the road.

Please note that due to HMO licensing rules, all of our rooms are for single people only. We are unable to rent to couples. There is a six month minimum tenancy.
