a room with double wardrobe and a small double bed, in a three bed shared house in west harton South Shields . i am the live in land lord and my dad lives here oct to april then heads back to his holiday caravan on and off during the summer. There are good bus links near the house and the metro station is a 10 minute walk , I have been letting rooms out now for 12 years and have had marine engineering students and college lecturers stay here and nhs staff. now I only take more mature Tennents as my father stays here some months. There is a very good corner shop just a few yards from the house there is also take aways and there is a Lidl 10 minutes walk away .We have a garden with decking and a shed . The rent includes all bills. wifi is included, all you need do after paying your rent is buy your food. Reference available from former Tenant if required. as stated 40 years and over only.
