Room in a lovely house, furnished optional.

I have a room available in my lovely, quiet, and roomy house. It really is a lovely village and a lovely quiet spot so close to everything. The room is currently unfurnished but it can be furnished with a bed and anything else needed before moving in. I just haven’t gotten round to it! The room has a two built in wardrobes so there is plenty of storage space. It also has a nice window. The house also has a new bathroom, a lovely styled living room and kitchen which of course can be used!

The house is in a lovely village with a pub but very close to Gateshead and Newcastle on the bus, X1 or 56. It takes less than 15 minutes to get into Newcastle city centre.

There is a space to park right in front of the house, as I park in a space in the garden.

There is a lovely garden just across the road, only residents drive past, which gets sun until 6 or 7pm, and a yard out the back which is nice and tidy and can be used too, with a shed for space for a bike if needed.

There is internet and bills included. There is a washing machine and a dehumidifier if drying clothes inside. In the kitchen, there is all you need too.

I work as a teacher so I have early starts and I am busy most evenings. I am vegetarian but open to non-vegetarians too. I occasionally look after a family cat. I am very clean and keep my home tidy and happy to share my home with someone who is the same. On the weekends, I like walking, running, going for coffee, etc.
