Very spacious 5 bed house (ALL DOUBLE BEDS), in Ashbrooke close to park lane interchange metro and busses City campus 5 mins walk, free bus, metro or 20 mins walk to St Peters campus. The house Ideally located close to town and is very safe secure, It has 4 large bedrooms and one medium but still with double bed ,this spacious house has 1 bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs and 1 shower room with toilet downstairs. Large well equipped kitchen with all you would expect and including a tumble dryer, a separate lounge leading off the kitchen .
There is off street parking via electric shutter with a large block paved yard ,great for sitting in the sun.
Accredited and licenced landlord by Sunderland City Council and the property is maintained to a very high standard ,The rent for this house is one of the cheapest around but the quality of the accommodation is far superior to many that are priced considerably higher, get in touch and we can discuss .I have a proven track record of letting to students in Sunderland for over 14 years, I am a helpful and experienced student landlord with vast experience and knowledge of student accommodation requirements and needs, which I believe to be essential in this field of letting.

"I've been living here for a year and it was great! The house includes everything a student could need. The rooms are pretty large and all fully furnished. The common areas such as bathrooms and the kitchen had all the utilities a person could need. When I moved in, Rob took care that everything was clean and functional. Furthermore, Rob as a landlord was great! Whenever he was needed to fix something in the house, he would come straight away and help. Great services! Thank you! "

Rob keeps us informed via text or emails of any visits to collect rent (in which we get a lot of notice)Rob is very approachable and has helped us out with even the minor of problems"

"Robert was my landlord for two years and in all that time i found him to be supportive, kind and fair. Robert will tell you the absolutly 100% truth on anything relating to the property. We only had one problem in two years with the house and he came the next day to fix the issue. I can't praise this man enough, as he was also very helpful when we were moving out of the property as well. "
