All bills are included,(heating, water, high speed virgin media broadband) with the exception of electricity (shower, cooking etc) which is individually metered to the flat, so you only pay for what you use. The city centre is close by and the University Metro is only 300m away providing excellent links right the way through to Newcastle airport.
