The Forge U-Student Village En-suite - £114

Hello everyone, My names Spencer Gibson, I'm currently looking for someone to take over my en-suite room contract with The Forge U Student Village in Sunderland. Reason I'm leaving isn't anything involving the student accommodation. The contract runs from 17/09/2022 until 29/07/2023, It's £114 a week, as stated before it's an en-ensuite room meaning you'll have your own private toilet, sink and shower. The communal area and kitchen being shared between you and 5 other students in Block 1, Flat 2, Room 10.
My experiences with the forge in 2021/2022 was amazing and met some absolutely brilliant people who became close friends as a result and would highly recommend the place.
