The house is directly opposite Sunderland Royal Hospital, so would be ideal for hospital staff. The property is also situated close to a variety of amenities nearby such as shops and transport links..

The rent is £500 per month, and a deposit of £250 is also required.

Our current tenants all work at the hospital on shifts. There are 4 rooms in the house and we currently have 1 female and 2 male tenants (and they're all lovely!)

We can only let the rooms to single occupiers only, so no couples., sorry!
