We’ve been creating co-living spaces for over 15 years. We know managing your budget is important so all you need to pay in addition to your rent is the energy you use in your own apartment only. We cover the rest. This means you get full control of the temperature in your studio. With a super insulated space, combined with the latest energy efficiencies it’ll keep running costs low to help you save money each month.
