Single room available

I have a single room becoming available in the next few weeks as im in the process of moving in a furnishing it etc. You'd have use of the full flat too. There is a shared bathroom which is a walk in shower facility. Unfortunately no pets. Im looking for a clean and tidy respectful person and open to who I share with. Images shown are from when it was advertised i will be repainting and properly cleaning etc before anyone moves in including myself
