An en‑suite room is available for immediate takeover in a modern student building close to St Peter’s Campus. The accommodation team will handle the takeover process directly.

- Private bathroom (en‑suite)
- Fully furnished
- Bills included (electricity, heating, water, WiFi)
- Secure building with reception
- Clean, quiet flat
- Note: the bed area is slightly raised with a small step/stair

Location:
- 5–10 minutes to St Peter’s Campus
- Close to shops, transport, and the city centre

Rent & payments:
- Rent is £575 per month, all bills included
- There is one larger final payment of £1,150 at the end of the contract
- You would simply continue the remaining instalments on the existing plan
- Deposit: £150, paid directly to the accommodation during the takeover process

Move‑in:
Available now, as soon as the accommodation approves the takeover.
