I have a room to rent in a 2 bedroom apartment/flat.

- Two toilets ( 1 of which has the shared bathroom)
-Shared kitchen
- Spare room to be used as closet/storage

Furniture available
- Wardrobe
- Double Mattress (No frame yet)

There are three rooms in the property and the bills will be detailed below

Bills
Rent - 625 (for full house to be split)
Electric and gas - Pay what we use (estimate 160 per month, to be split)
Water - £40 (to be split)

ESTIMATED BILLS FOR EACH ROOM DEPENDING IN ELECTRIC AND GAS USAGE - £410/month.

One room will be taken by myself a student, just looking for someone to buddy up and take the other room and the house.
